Ensemble Media is a full service media production company with services spanning both photography and filmmaking. We specialize in capturing authentic moments and crafting compelling stories that put your best foot forward.

Our founder, Jaren, is also available for hire as Director of Photography, Camera Operator, First Assistant Camera, Gaffer, and Production Assistant (Set PA).

How do I book a photo or video project with you?

Booking a project with us is easy!

Simply reach out to us through our website or email and let us know the type of project you're interested in. We'll guide you through the process, discuss your goals, and figure out a production schedule that makes sense for everyone.

Once we have everything we need, we'll develop a contract and get started on your project once the paper work is finalized.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept Zelle, Checks, and ACH bank transfers.

A deposit of 50% upfront is required to begin production. This guarantees you a spot on our calendar.

How long does it take to get a video made?

Each project is unique but here is a general timeline:

Pre-Production: 1-2 weeks. This covers concept development, script writing/story boarding, and hiring talent/crew.

Production: Anywhere from a few hours to multiple days of filming.

Post-Production: Generally 1-2 weeks for editing, coloring, and finishing.

Revisions: Up to 1 week for feedback to be applied.

Final Delivery: Deliverables should be received within 48 hours of approval.

We strive to meet our clients' needs and goals for each project and are able to expedite this process when needed.

Do you offer any discounts?

We pride ourselves on offering accessible services to local arts organizations and non-profits.

We encourage you to communicate your budget constraints and project goals to us and we'll work together to find a solution that works for everyone.

We also offer retainer packages at a reduced rate for clients that are looking to collaborate on a long term basis.

Do you travel?

Yes! We are based in Portland, OR but are able to work wherever!

If a job is within 35 miles of Portland mileage is covered, each additional mile is charged at $.70/mile. If flying is required, travel costs (fares), housing, and per diems may be required.
